Your tasks

• Du leitest die Imple­men­tierung von Robot­er­flot­ten bei unseren Kun­den von der Idee bis zum Rollout
• Du leitest eigen­ständig die Pla­nung, Koor­di­na­tion und Umset­zung von Roboterimplementierungen
• Dabei bist Du der zen­trale Punkt zwis­chen unseren Kun­den, exter­nen Dien­stleis­tern, sowie den Mag­a­zino Inbe­trieb­nahme- und Entwicklerteams
• Du entwirfst neue Intral­o­gis­tikprozesse und stellst die Inte­gra­tion unserer Pro­dukte in beste­hende Prozess­land­schaften sicher
• Du analysierst die tech­nis­che Mach­barkeit und das wirtschaftliche Poten­tial für neue Kundenprojekte
• Du erstellst Deine eige­nen Date­n­analy­sen, leitest Maß­nah­men ab und steuerst die Realisierung
• Du unter­stützt in der Pro­fes­sion­al­isierung und Skalierung unserer inter­nen Prozesse

Your pro­file

• Du hast ide­al­er­weise 2–3 Jahre Beruf­ser­fahrung im Pro­jek­t­man­age­ment und/oder der Logis­tik-/Fer­ti­gungs­pla­nung
• Du bringst sowohl IT-Affinität als auch Prozessver­ständ­nis mit und hast ein Gespür für Mate­r­ial- und Informationsflüsse
• Deine struk­turi­erte Vorge­hensweise, Deine Fähigkeit Men­schen zu begeis­tern und Dein aus­geprägtes Durch­set­zungsver­mö­gen zeich­nen Dich aus
• Du ver­fügst über eine aus­geprägte Hands-on-Men­tal­ität mit dem Wun­sch Dich kon­tinuier­lich weiterzuentwickeln
• Ide­al­er­weise hast Du bere­its mit betrieblichen Sys­te­men wie ERP/WMS/MES sowie Tick­et­sys­te­men wie JIRA gearbeitet
• Du bist bereit bis zu 30% deiner Arbeit­szeit zu reisen
• Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf ver­hand­lungssicherem Niveau
